This family came to us to renovate their main floor. The existing space had a closed in kitchen, dining room, with minimal lighting and functionality. 

We removed non-loadbearing walls to fully open up the space. A free flowing space, perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. With the kitchen update, we included functional upgrades for the client; pantry, spice pullout, garbage pullouts, pots and pan drawers. 

New flooring throughout, fresh paint and trim for all living spaces and bedrooms. The bathroom although a tight space has been renovated to feel open and larger with glass doors for the shower.
