This client came to us to renovate their cottage, as the existing layout was no longer working well for them. The client plans to make the cottage their full-time home in the coming years, while still using it as their retreat and income property in the meantime. 

We moved the kitchen and living space to the existing sunroom space and opened up bedroom space, expanding the square footage to create a new great room. The great room has picturesque views of the lake across the entire living room space. Open to the kitchen, dining and access to covered deck this cottage is a dream. 

Wanting to keep the natural pine elements throughout the cottage and a modern, beachy, rustic feel throughout. You will see elements such as; artistic tiles, soft shades of blues & greens, shiplap to truly capture the clients style and wishes for the space.
